1. Who We Are

ATM Platform is operated by Liberated Blade LLC, a Texas limited liability company at 5900 Balcones Drive #25160, Austin, TX 78731. For privacy questions contact geoffrey@liberatedblade.com.

2. What We Collect

Information you provide:

• Contact information — name, company, job title, email, phone provided at purchase or intake
• Payment information — billing name and address. Card details are processed directly by Stripe and never stored by ATM Platform
• Aircraft and transaction data — aircraft identifiers, maintenance records, inspection findings, open items, and other data you enter into your workspace
• Communications — emails or messages you send to ATM Platform support

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data — pages visited on store.aerotalentpro.com, browser type, referring URL, and general location
• Cookies — see Section 6 for details

3. How We Use Your Information

• Deliver the Service — provision workspace access, send order confirmations, manage your subscription
• Communicate with you — send service emails, workspace delivery notifications, and support responses
• Send product updates — notify active subscribers of platform changes (opt out any time)
• Process payments — pass billing information to Stripe
• Improve the platform — analyze aggregated, de-identified usage patterns
• Benchmarking — use aggregated, de-identified transaction data (aircraft type categories, phase durations, finding frequencies) for product development. No individually identifiable data is used for this purpose
• Legal compliance — retain records as required by law

4. Third-Party Processors

We share data with the following services to deliver ATM Platform:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only in these limited circumstances:

• Service delivery — with processors in Section 4 as necessary
• Legal compliance — when required by law, court order, or government authority
• Business transfer — in a merger or acquisition, subject to equivalent privacy protections
• Protection of rights — when necessary to protect ATM Platform, customers, or others

6. Cookies

• Essential cookies — required for checkout and store functionality. Cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies — used in aggregate to understand site traffic. Do not affect your ability to purchase.
• Marketing cookies — we do not use advertising or tracking cookies for marketing.

You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Data Retention

• Purchase and contact records — retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance
• Workspace data — retained for 60 days following termination, then may be permanently deleted
• Email communications — retained for 3 years
• Payment records — retained by Stripe per their own policies

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting geoffrey@liberatedblade.com. We may retain certain information where required by law.

8. Your Rights

• Access — request a copy of personal information we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion — request deletion, subject to legal retention requirements
• Opt-out of marketing — unsubscribe from any email using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us
• Data portability — request your workspace data export during the retention period

9. Security

We use HTTPS on our store, Stripe's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure, and Smartsheet's access controls to protect your information. No system is completely secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

10. Children

ATM Platform is a B2B service for aviation industry professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Contact us immediately at geoffrey@liberatedblade.com if you believe a minor has provided us information.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email. Continued use after a policy update constitutes acceptance.
